 My Massive Changes |

Hello. Apparantly a few clan members are becoming concerned with the sheer amount of changes i am making to the forums. Although i actually think this is just Shadow Eagle, he said a few members are.
I just want to tell everyone that these "changes" that i have made (i.e. delete the 35 spam accounts, make sticky threads for each section, and make a T.E members group) have only been done as i thought this would benefit the clan. Obviously, this is not the case, and you do not like these changes.
Can i therefore ask any member of the forum to say any changes they are not happy with, and we can discuss. I do not mean to annoy anyone, just make the forum slightly better.

I am also concerend, not really the changes that have been made. But mabye what changes could come in the future. All changes should be discussed before they are changed.

I don't want to be made to feel guilty over asking you to check with us before you do some things. My only concern was that you might have given Pogo access to the Private section.

Little changes (i.e. making a "section instruction" thread), in my opinion, do not require discussion prior. If you feel they do say, i will discuss in the future. I am not trying to make you feel guilty, i just feel slightly un-appreciated for what i have done, i feel that my changes are for the good, i mean, how aren't they?

Well its just a bit sudden, you coming back out of now where. Some of us arn't used to thinking of you as admin. The little changes are fine and we apprectiate them, but it sounds like you want to re-do the hole site.

Player related changes are really the only thing that require discussion. And major changes to the site.

Did you not say "lets make an actual web site instead of a forum" (or somthing like that). and you wanted to put stars infront of people's names, but we are discussing that so its fine. Also you said you are not going to play much, so why do you want to make changes?

the site is fine as it is.
you done well to delete the spammers.
instruction are good. but you are expecting alot more members to the forum..which personally i am not.
you come back and all of a sudden you are admin. i am fine with that. but new guys think of you as just another new guy but really you deserve the position because you were one of the creators.
