Yes, it does.
You get killed so much easier in single player now! The cops are ruthless, and getting hit by a car isn't as painless as it used to be.

yea they have changed it alot to make it more realistic. like in the other GTA's where you could kick a car and it would blow up lol. changed that

Yeah they are... I got quoted $119.95 for GTA IV at EB, and my mum bought it for $90 at JB. I haven't played it yet, though... Have to wait 10 days for my birthday...
