dunno. go through th campaign menu and look at each chapter and level. in the top right hand corner there are icons. bronze means easy, silver means normall, and gold means hard. if youve got all three then you beaten all three difficlties. just see what icons your missing.

I sat down this afternoon and finished off the challenges that I hadn't got gold for. In the process I unlocked three new skins at once.
Grenadier, Luger and Metrac

You know... You could just get someone's savedata who has unlocked all the skins.. That's what I did after losing my data on my other memory stick... The only thing I haven't got is Hahka... who looks really cool by the way... Although I can play as him on the US with the 100% gamesave I downloaded..
And I agree with you Jezza and Wolf... I seem to play better with certain characters...
The two generals are my favourite... Beige (ISA) or White (Helghast)
But, I'm not playing as well as I used to back in the day, just before I went back to school...  Lost my touch perhaps...
