i still dont understand why did you send it in 3 times before it got fixed? did they just send it back broken again?

yes they sent it back broken.
imagine my dissapointment when after a couple of weeks i get it back, put in a UMD and the bloody thing is exactly the same (cept for the polish marks). then i get it back after another 3 weeks and its STILL fucked!
basically they cleaned it the first 2 times.
i mean they didnt even test it! how hard is it to stick in a UMD and see if the intro/description thingy comes up?
